• Large market opportunity
• High revenue growth potential
• Distinct and sustainable competitive advantage
• Unique and proprietary technology
• Company is not a “lifestyle” business
• Ability to raise capital for the company
• Ability to create jobs
• Individuals involved with the company are “team players”
