The Lawrence Regional Technology Center offers
clients both “tenant services” and “business
development services.” Clients, however, are not required
to rent space from the incubator in order to receive the
business development services.
Tenant Services
The following services are only offered to
clients that are renting space from the incubator:

- Receptionist/Administrative assistant
- Conference room
- Office equipment (network printer, copier, fax, telephone,
et al.)
- Audio-visual equipment (digital projector, laptop, vcr,
tv, et al.)
- Voice-mail system
- Web server
- E-mail server
- File server
- High-speed internet connections
- Networking activities
- Education & Training Seminars
Business Development Services
The following services
are offered to tenants of the incubator as well as businesses
and entrepreneurs located outside
the incubator:
- Corporate formation
- Market research and analysis
- Competitor research and analysis
- Sales and marketing strategy development
- Business
model/revenue model development
- Business plan writing
and development
- Grant proposal writing and development
for the following programs:
- Small Business Innovation and Research (SBIR)
- Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR)
- Advanced Technology Program (ATP)
- Kansas Technology Enterprise Corporation Applied Research
Matching Fund
- Business valuation
- Development of private placement
